We (the Greene’s) had been employed as truck drivers
involved in interstate commerce where fuel taxes are paid both
at the pump and through our employer, and do not and have
never carried our own interstate authority, are not a
possessions corporation, do not have employees, and
therefore are not “subject” in terms of the gains and profits
“derived from” the labor of others, and in the course of our
activities, we were involved in the distribution of over 7,000
Right to Petition Flyers (i.e., “Freedom Flyers” - Side #1 & Side
#2) to other truck drivers across the country, and one of the
central features of our (the Greene’s) complaint is that after
the IRS retaliated against us by putting us out of work, we (the
Greene’s) awaited SCOTUS’ February 25th indecision, after
which we filed our suit on March 17, 2008 and although
peonage is unconstitutional in the context of Article 1 § 2(3)
and an Article 1 § 8(1) pursuant to Article 1 § 9(4) and criminal
in the context of 18 USC § 1581 and 42 USC § 1994 the
District Court has twice (Docket Nos. 3 & 5) denied our request
for Injunctive Relief to allow us to return to work so that we can
begin to pay our bills again and feed ourselves and our son as
the case proceeds and, so far, the District Court has not
offered a ruling on our third request for Preliminary Injunctive
Relief which had a hearing date of July 18th.
We pray that you will take a few moments of your time to look
at We The People Foundation for Constitutional Education,

As you review the WTP websites, notice that Thousands of
Americans have already joined together in the Petitions for
Redress of Grievances. These Petitions charge government
with extensive violations of the U.S. Constitution and abuse of
the People’s Inalienable Rights and are formally served on all
535 Congressmen and the President.
It is our prayer that you will agree that it is time for YOU, the
Truck Drivers of America, to join forces and act collectively
against DOT Regulations which are developed in complete
disregard of our Inalienable Constitutional Rights.
Government, at all levels, must be forced to obey the
Constitution and Bill of Rights, and start operating within the
limits of the Constitution.
All of our Constitutional Rights have been under attack for so
many years it is hard to think of where to start. But, we pray
you will also agree with us that it is time for the members of
Truck Driver Unions to understand that lobbying organizations
don’t give a hoot about "our God-given Constitutional Rights;"
Inalienable Rights are inviolate and are NOT negotiable, and
when any of us forget that we are playing right into the hands
of those who don’t want to be confined by the Constitution.
We trust you will agree that the time has come for a significant
change in how we address DOT Regulations. I pray you will
share this Freedom Flyer with other Truck Drivers across
America to invite them as well to become an instrument of the
We The People Organization to restore the Constitution to its
rightful place of honor.

The RIGHT to challenge the constitutionality of law.
The RIGHT to use arms to defend property and persons.
We have been taught that our Constitutional Rights are
Inalienable; not Subject to the whims of Congress nor the
executive and judicial branches of government. We have also
been taught that it is our Right to a Redress of Grievances
regarding constitutional torts, and because our Constitutional
Rights are derived from God they are Inalienable, and they are
therefore, in fact, Not Subject to any form of Legislation or law
which would deprive us of our God-given Rights, let alone
anything like the terms of a collective bargaining process that
trucker’s unions have tried to impose upon us to date.
As Americans, therefore, the only acceptable position is that
we have our First Amendment Right of Petitioning government
regarding Constitutional Torts, and if our Servant Government
refuses to properly Redress our Petitions, according to the
same Congress that adopted the Declaration of
Independence, that is justification for withholding monies until
our Grievances are Redressed.
We live in a country where we are supposed to be Free; So, in
spite of possible retaliation from our servant government, I am
handing out these flyers, asking other Truck Drivers to look it
over and Please Call We The People (518-656-3578) and ask
them to develop an on-line Petition for Redress of
Constitutional Grievances, outlining how the DOT Regulations
are violating our Rights; including our Right to Contract, and
Our Right To Be Free In Our Workplace and Our Home.
This can not happen unless enough people call!
